Returns

Returns follow the rules of the retail partner that fulfilled your order — initiated from your order page, with the return window, method and refund timing shown there.

• Keep the rug rolled or loosely folded until you are sure — unpacked rugs are returnable under most retail policies, but original-condition returns move fastest.
• If the rug arrived with a defect — misprint, wrong size, damaged edge — photograph it before repacking; retailer claims with photos resolve in days rather than weeks.
• Color questions are not defects: screens vary, and the printed grounds read differently in daylight and lamplight. Give a rug 48 hours in the room before deciding — it is usually the room that changes its mind.
