About an order

Orders are placed with and fulfilled by our retail partner. Anything touching a specific order — delivery windows, address changes, damaged parcels, returns — is handled fastest through the retailer’s own order page, where your purchase history and return options live. We have no access to order records.

Wholesale and press

Use the same address with “wholesale” or “press” in the subject line and we will route it.
